Shipping policy

We offer complimentary shipping on all domestic orders within United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) over $250. For rush shipping within the United States, there is an additional $95 charge at checkout. Domestic orders ship via UPS. Depending on the country, international orders may ship via UPS or DHL. Because our pieces are carefully made-to-order by hand and each deliberately chosen for their unique beauty, please allow two to four weeks for your piece to ship.  Should you require your order sooner, please contact us, and we will gladly accommodate your request if possible.

Note: Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing order. Once item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for package. We are unable to refund or replace stolen, lost in transit, or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We are not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

DUTIES & TAXES

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of duties and taxes. For domestic orders, rates & taxes are calculated at checkout. We charge sales tax for shipments to locations within state of New York. For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or taxes. Please note, duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.
